We’re bringing a taste of Spain to the Saundersfoot coast as we welcome the brilliant team from Bar 44 to Lan y Môr for a special one-night takeover.
Across a multi-course modern Spanish menu, Bar 44 will showcase the food, flavours and stories that have made them one of the UK’s most celebrated Spanish restaurants for more than 24 years.
Expect world-class Spanish produce, seasonal Welsh ingredients, bold regional flavours and classic dishes reimagined with exceptional care. The menu will draw on decades of travelling, cooking and working throughout Spain, with each course inspired by favourite regions, producers and traditions.
The evening will begin with the 44 Group’s own Manzanilla sherry, served as a spritz, before moving into a menu featuring ingredients such as wild prawns, acorn fed Ibérico pork, ex dairy beef and some of the best seasonal produce Wales has to offer.
Optional wine pairings will also be available on the night for those who would like to enjoy the full Bar 44 experience.
