Lan y Môr brings together Hywel Griffith, the man behind Michelin-starred Beach House in the Gower, with former Head Chef at award-winning Grove of Narberth, Gerwyn Jones.

Hywel, Chef Director of Michelin-starred Beach House, in Oxwich will now also lead Lan y Môr, which will be under the stewardship of new Head Chef, Gerwyn.

Hywel and Gerwyn have crafted a really inclusive menu, full of Welsh flavour and local ingredients, ready for you to enjoy with your loved ones, old and young. Join us for some ‘hwyl a bwyd’ here at Lan y Môr!

Matthew Pritchard x Lan y Môr Available from 4th December

Lan y Môr is proud to unveil an exciting new collaboration with Matthew Pritchard, the star of ‘Dirty Vegan’ and well-known for his innovative approach to plant-based cooking. Together with our head chef, Gez, Matthew has reimagined a classic fish shop favourite, giving it a bold vegan twist.

Tofu is marinated in a seaweed mixture for a delicate, ocean-inspired flavour, coated in a light, crispy tempura batter, and served with miso-infused mushy peas and a vibrant Asian slaw. Finished with golden potato crisps, this dish is bold, fresh, and completely plant-based – a true celebration of creativity and taste.

Gerwyn John Jones

Gerwyn John Jones, fondly known as ‘Gez,’ has gained a wealth of experience in senior positions for some of the most exciting chefs in the industry.

Gez’s passion for the provenance of food and local ingredients brings the Lan y Môr ethos to life. When he’s not in the kitchen, Gez is out in his kayak, exploring the fabulous Welsh coastline around Pembrokeshire and the Gower Peninsular.
