Deposits and cancellation information 

For groups of up to 5: Your deposit of £10 per person will go toward your final bill. If your plans change, we’re happy to refund your deposit as long as you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, have significant changes to your booking, or don’t show up, your deposit will be non refundable.

For groups of 6 or more: We require 7 days’ notice for cancellations to refund your deposit. If you cancel within 7 days, have significant changes to your booking, or don’t show, your deposit will be retained.

Bookings for special events and/or larger groups are subject to cancellation charges as per the terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking.

If you’d like to use a voucher as part of your booking (for either Lan y Môr or our predecessor restaurant, Coast), please add the voucher number into the “special requests” field in the online booking form.

We’re able to accept bookings online for up to 5 guests. If you require a table of 6 or more guests, or if you have any questions regarding your booking, please email reservations@lanymorsaundersfoot.co.uk.

Please share details of any dietary requirements or allergies that you or your guests have upon booking. This information should be added into the “special requests” field in the online booking form when you make your booking. This information is really important to us so that we can offer your table the best experience.
